Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original UGG packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
